Each consultant at Compassionate Consulting Company offers a free 30 minute consultation to learn about your practice, understand your goals and challenges, and share how we can help. We offer personalized strategy sessions tailored to your specific needs.
Can we help with leadership development or organizational change?
Yes, we help build leadership skills, promote leadership teams, and guide practices through organizational changes including transitioning from solo to group practice, contractors to employees, and adjusting compensation models.
Do you offer trainings or workshops?
We offer pre-recorded trainings on practice start up and expansion as well as running a successful insurance based practice and incorporating the Enneagram in clinical work. We offer a master class for established solo practice owners considering expanding to group called Master Your CEO Mindset. We also provide live trainings that are listed on our upcoming events page.
