Meet Julia Nepini

Julia is a clinical and forensic social worker with nearly two decades of experience. She founded Compassionate Counseling Company in 2017, built and expanded her team of 30, and now supports other practice owners in doing the same while hosting the Compassionate Climb podcast.

Self-taught in the business side of private practice, she bridges the gap between clinical training and real-world entrepreneurship-translating years of lived experience into practical guidance for others.

She specializes in helping solo practice owners build collaborative, sustainable teams and expand their practices through diversified income streams.

Lucita Clondas Compassionate Consulting Company

Meet Lucita Clondas

Lucita is passionate about supporting therapists as they transition into private practice. She enjoys helping clinicians build strong foundations-from developing clear policies and systems to supporting the growth of professional identity and confidence as practice owners. With nearly two decades of experience in both public and private mental health settings, she brings a deep understanding of the realities of clinical work across systems. In 2021, she co-founded the thriving private practice Connections in Counseling, where she continues to build a model of care and work that is sustainable, equitable, and aligned with her values. Her goal is to help other clinicians create that same sense of balance in their own practices.
